Overview

The M28 and M32 series modules are designed to improve the performance of IEPE sensor acquisition systems, offering modular solutions for easy integration into the measurement chain.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The M28 and M32 modules easily plug into the measurement chain using 4 mm sockets and pins, ensuring secure connection with subsequent modules. Made in rugged aluminum housings, these modules are ideal for the extreme conditions of construction sites. The M28 module provides constant power to the IEPE sensors, while the M32 module provides both power and amplification, minimizing noise and interference to ensure accurate measurements.

M28 – M32 SIGNAL CONDITIONERS

The M28 and M32 signal conditioners are modular systems designed for integration into the measurement chain for IEPE sensors.

Built with durable aluminum housings that withstand harsh industrial environments, these modules provide:

  • Constant power supply (M28) or

  • Amplification (M32)
    to IEPE sensors, while minimizing potential noise and power-related interference.


FEATURES

  • Modular System: Quick connection through 4 mm “plug” terminals allows rapid attachment to successive modules, providing power through two-pin connectors.

  • Optional DIN Rail Mounting Adapter (35 mm wide).

  • Compact and durable aluminum housing.

  • BNC connectors for input and output signal connections.

  • Input signal indicator.

  • LED status indication with 3 conditions:

    • Green = OK

    • Yellow = Sensor off

    • Red = Short circuit

  • M32 offers 3 selectable amplification levels (1 / 10 / 100).

  • Wide bandwidth.

  • M32 includes replaceable low-pass filter.

  • Power supply via DIN 45323 circular connector or 4 mm banana plug terminals.

  • Built-in protection system to isolate the input signal from the power supply, preventing “ground loop” problems and interference.
