Overview

The latest version of the Ectha PRO digital Schmidt hammer features an even clearer and more intuitive navigation menu, thanks to the addition of new icons.

The new keypad has been designed and built to further facilitate cursor movement, which is used to select various investigation campaign functions, including: impact mode (single or average), type of correlation curve, and the main identifying elements of the test station.

With a simple movement of the cursor, the instrument’s display shows the individual impacts and their average, also in graphical form.

Another important new feature is the ability to set the language, choosing from four available options in the menu (Italian, English, French, Spanish).

By connecting the Ectha PRO to a computer via the USB cable included with the device, all previously obtained and recorded data can be exported to an .xls file.

Bluetooth connectivity allows the Schmidt hammer to interact with the Ectha-R App (freely downloadable from Google Play or from www.drcitalia.it/area-download/), enabling the automatic recording of rebound index values acquired on-site.
Data can be shared and printed instantly using the portable mini printer (available separately from DRC as an optional accessory).
